4. Master Subscription Agreement
Use of the CAPKIZ software platform is governed by a separate Master Subscription Agreement (MSA) and Business Associate Agreement (BAA) entered into between CAPKIZ and the subscribing organization.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
